For optimum freshness, I would recommend finishing a dozen before ordering the next as the serving speed here is pretty prompt and quick.
Besides oysters, there is a wide variety of pastas and mains to pick from. We had the chef recommended Linguine with Soft Shell Crab in Salted Egg Yolk Sauce which was a wonderful delight. The linguine was al dente, nicely blended with the sauce and the soft shell crab was super crispy.
And for proteins, we went with the Char-Grilled Iberico Pork Rack with Green Apple Sauce. This one is a definite winner as the pork ribs were soft and tender, and the portion was very generous, perfect for sharing. Try it first without the Apple Sauce as it tastes pretty amazing on its own already. Adding the Apple Sauce provides a different sweet-sour kick to which was equally satisfying if not better.
