Hashtag B和Bakehouse的蛋撻, 成了香港烘焙界的星級產品, 當然也受到旅客的熱捧, 前者最著名的是焦糖千層撻, 但時機不對, 未能等到出爐的時間, 於是就點了最簡單的酥皮蛋撻. 感覺還不錯, 特別是蛋漿的蛋香度是我吃過其中一間最濃的, 沒有加上焦糖, 反而更能吃到原味. 酥皮酥香爽脆, 略嫌不夠結實, 咬起來有點鬆散.伯爵茶菠蘿包並不算是相當新穎, 但茶香夠甘, 中和了牛油的膩感, 上面層酥皮比蛋撻紮實, 下層麵包的伯爵茶味也相當平均, 口感軟熟, 當然比一般同類產品貴一點, 但也算是物有所值, 只是牛角酥內裡的蜂蜜感不夠, 有點空虛, 相比起來就沒有那麼吸引了.Hashtag B’s egg tarts and Earl Grey pineapple bun are popular among travelers. 伯爵茶菠蘿包並不算是相當新穎, 但茶香夠甘, 中和了牛油的膩感, 上面層酥皮比蛋撻紮實, 下層麵包的伯爵茶味也相當平均, 口感軟熟, 當然比一般同類產品貴一點, 但也算是物有所值, 只是牛角酥內裡的蜂蜜感不夠, 有點空虛, 相比起來就沒有那麼吸引了.

The caramel puff pastry tart is their most famous product, but we tried the simple flaky egg tart which had a strong eggy flavor. The flaky pastry was crispy and fragrant, but a bit loose. The Earl Grey pineapple bun had a sweet tea flavor that balanced out the buttery texture, with a solid top layer and evenly distributed tea flavor in the bottom layer. It’s a bit pricier than similar products, but still worth it. The only downside is that the honeycomb texture in the croissant was not strong enough.
