The quality of all the skewers is extremely high in Hong Kong! The thick grilled ox tongue is flavorful and juicy, while other grilled chickens are perfectly cooked, with a slightly charred surface, retaining the freshness inside 😋💕

As someone who isn't particularly fond of fried foods, I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant uses Japanese sweet potatoes 🍠 along with pumpkin, eggplant, and okra. The batter is thin and crispy, without any greasiness!
💬 The quality of the food is definitely worth another visit, highly recommended!
