😜They reproduced the original recipe of burnt cheesecake from the restaurant of La Viña in San Sebastian, Spain. 😏The cheesecake was baked at a high temperature, so it has a dark brown crust, they serve the cake directly from the oven without decoration or removing the bake sheet🤷🏻♀️. After cutting it, there is caramelized fragrant, while the interior is creamy and soft, which make you want to eat more🏃🏻♀️
