日本的蛋糕卷就是比港式的更有罪惡感, 就以來自大阪的Mon cher為例, 它的主打就是堂島卷, 也就是蛋卷中心裡有忌廉層, 這裏的比其他日式同系甜點, 忌廉層更厚, 像是雪糕一樣, 蛋糕濕潤有蛋香, 味道偏甜, 吃起來當刻很開心, 但之後卻後悔非常, 因為膽固醇應該會又超標就是.另一件是堂島卷的變奏, 蛋卷中心從忌廉變成芒果片, 然後在蛋卷上面放上較薄的忌廉, 吃起來比原本的健康, 但芒果味道偏酸, 而且芒果汁令蛋糕本身濕潤的質感, 有點糊化起來. 還是原本的堂島卷最對味.Mon Cher is originated at Osaka and she is famous for her egg roll.
