今次叫左佢哋嘅6 course menu ($368),雖然係一人餐但其實兩個女仔share都應該食得飽🤰🏻 首先上左濃稠又香濃嘅新英倫周打湯,同蒜蓉牛油多士係絕配🥖 凱撒沙律加左脆卜卜嘅麵包糠嘅煙肉碎,配埋沙律菜夠曬開胃🥗
I their 6-course menu ($368). First up was a creamy New England clam chowder, which paired perfectly with the garlic butter toast. The Caesar salad was appetising, topped with bacon bits and croutons.

拼盤呈現得相當誘人,有鮑魚、海蝦、青口、八爪魚、蜆肉等海鮮🐟 口感各有特色,帶有一絲海水嘅鹹鮮,同Cajun嘅辛辣相得益彰🤩 裡面仲有烤薯仔、德國腸同粟米,樣樣都夠曬惹味💯
The seafood platter had abalone, shrimp, mussels, octopus, and clams. The umami flavours went really well with the Cajun spice. The potatoes, sausage and corn were all packed with flavor!

Grass Fed Australian Ribeye Steak
將五成熟嘅牛扒切開後就見到色澤鮮紅嘅肉芯🥩 油花分布均勻,肉質細膩有彈性,加上表面嘅微微焦香令人回味無窮🤤 伴碟有燒烤汁同者芥末醬,仲有大啡菇、焗薯同蕃茄仔幫助減低油膩感👍🏼
The medium-rare steak had great marbling, making it tender and juicy with a nice char on the outside. It came with barbecue sauce, mustard and veggies to balance the richness.

一上檯已經聞到香氣撲鼻嘅黑松露味🍄 軟硬適中嘅麵皮包住飽滿嘅餡料層次感豐富,加埋黑松露醬鹹香十足,一啖一粒真係好正🥳
The pasta skin was perfectly cooked, holding a rich filling. The truffle sauce added a nice savory kick.

Beef Cheek Pasta
牛面頰肉經過長時間嘅燉煮變得好軟嫩,每塊都滲透淡淡嘅紅酒香氣🍷 扁意粉煮到al dente,掛滿調味恰到好處嘅醬汁,啖啖色香味俱全🤌🏼
The beef cheek was slow-cooked till it got super tender, and each piece had a hint of red wine flavour. The pasta was al dente, coated in perfectly seasoned sauce.

法式焦糖燉蛋
Crème Brûlée
燉蛋嘅表面覆蓋著一層金黃色嘅焦糖,薄脆嘅質感同絲滑細膩嘅燉蛋形成了美妙嘅對比,令人欲罷不能🍮
The top was covered with a golden layer of caramel that cracked beautifully, contrasting with the silky smooth custard underneath.
