《如何以劣食與趕客服務破壞一個周末晚上》“How to destroy a weekend night with terrible food and services” (For the Chef who is a foreigner)兩公婆帶住BB搵地方食晚飯,見有新餐廳就試下。餐廳主打日法fusion,總之唔係正路嘅餐牌,揀咗幾正路嘅「慢煮廣島蠔蘑菇法國牛油意粉」,另外一個signature嘅黑松露胡椒烤大雞腿。個意粉嚟到,中伏,冇蠔味、蘑菇味或者牛油味,只有重黑椒味,唔係擺少少响面嗰隻,係撈埋一齊煮嗰隻。問題係我老婆唔食辣。咁啱有個外國人似係廚師行過,我哋同佢講好辣(當然係英文),佢類似講會煮過,行咗返廚房。十零分鐘後,戲玉嚟喇,有個自稱負責人走過嚟,聲稱話嚟解決問題,堅持話法國菜一定有黑椒、有黑椒會好食啲、你落單又冇話唔食辣、出嚟食飯唔好勞氣、不如我送甜品俾你。。。究竟解決咗咩問題呢?事實係煮過碟牛油意粉我都收貨,而佢堅持佢哋冇錯。我都未投訴佢落錯單隻雞髀叫黑松露佢落咗蒜蓉胡椒醬油俾我,當然隻雞髀亦係一隻冇烤過嘅感覺價值$128嘅普通雞髀。I am sorry, everyth

見我哋堅嬲,中間嚟check下,我哋有冇食碟意粉。我哋快快脆脆食完叫埋單,碟意粉食咗嗰三隻梅梅地嘅蠔之外冇食過,就算你waive咗碟野都冇咁嬲,佢話offer 9折,我話唔使喇,反正冇下次。
咁嘅市道,weekend得幾枱客都敢用咁嘅service做生意,good luck.
For the Chef, for a French oyster mushroom butter whatsoever pasta, the only thing it has is the taste of black pepper, I feel truly sorry for you.
