The overall experience was rather disappointing.To start, the queue during a weekday was quite substantial, which would normally be a good sign that the food is worth the wait. However, that was not the case here. The eggplant and chicken breast salad starter was simply unremarkable, tasting very similar to the one offered at Tamjai, which I actually found to have more robust flavors.
The dumplings were also a letdown. They were plated in a rather sloppy manner, thrown together like something a home cook might serve. Worse yet, the dumpling skins were not fully stuck together, leaving visible gaps and openings.
The one saving grace was the Dumdum noodles, which I thought were the best item I tried.
Overall, I'm not sure I would return, as there are likely better dumpling options in the area that can provide a more premium dining experience.
