🍜Shoyu Hamaguri Soup Ramen 貝汁醬油拉麵 HKD 128————Tried this a while back and can still remember how disappointed I was. The broth was quite salty and oily, and had none of that refreshing sweet briny seafood flavour I was expecting. Much prefer the seafood broth by Maru De Sankaku, although it’s quite pricey. 令人失望的拉麵，湯底太鹹太油膩，食唔出海鮮嘅鮮甜， 唔會再訪。
