On 29/7 (Tue), 2 colleagues and me went to Pizza Hut (Sham Shui Po) to have lunch together. We have brought along with the coupon "buy 2 get 1 free". Once we sit down, I ask one of the waitress "if I could use this coupon?" she said ok and give me the "Woo Menu". We have ordered 3 set of Woo set. After we finished, we want to pay the bill but another waitress said that we can't use that coupon, I ask why, she then bring out anther menu, which is "European Lunch Combo" and told me that the coupo
After we finished, we want to pay the bill but another waitress said that we can't use that coupon, I ask why, she then bring out anther menu, which is "European Lunch Combo" and told me that the coupon only can use for these Lunch Combo but not for the Woo Set. I told her that before I order the food, I have ask waitress if I could use this coupon already. She then said that "may be the waitress only want to tell you that you can use the coupon, but not use on Woo Set." Eventually, I have not argued with her and pay for the bill.
First of all, in the past, there is only one kind of "Lunch set", I also used the same coupon in the past to enjoy the discount. Now, pizza hut have so called 2 kinds of different lunch set but have not show all the menu to customers!!!! Secondary, when I ask if I could use the coupon, the waitress said ok and just give me the Woo Menu only. Once I show the coupon to the waitress and ask her, she must explain to me which set can be ordered and which cannot!!!!! If I have not asked her before, I will not write this opinion as I will feel that I have to bear some responsibility. However, the real situation is not and it really make me feel disappointed to you!!
