Never knew that 川菜 can be that fresh & tasty!My HK friend Cat insisted that I must try out the speciality from this restaurant. She says that it is best to make reservation first. Without reservation? You'll likely have to end up in a queue esp at peak hours.We went there in a group of 6 adults (with reservations of cuz!) & had 4 plates of fishes (that makes 2 whole fishes), mutton sticks & a bowl of 米线. I am sure they used freshwater fish & it does not taste muddy at all!
It's definitely worth a try!
