環境 7.5/10
餐堂暗暗地,環境係暗紅木色,設施有D vintage懷舊的感覺。當時在葡藉朋友家正正是呢種homey feeling同color tone...所以幾authentic (令我有啲掛住遠方朋友)!枱之間夠spacious,有啲畫掛喺度 - 7點幾之後仲有LIVE BAND

一入到去,一位講英文的侍應接應我哋,好nice咁介紹菜式。中途每上完一碟佢都會嚟問吓feedback (不過當愈多人時佢就分身不暇了,明既!)好似幾關心啲菜式。


味道 7/10
先送嚟面包,with garlic butter同pate醬。然後叫咗3個餸一齊share。

作為portuguese嘅feature,梗係唔少得馬介休啦!先嚟呢個馬介休蛋薯茸,比想像中好食,啲魚嘅肉一絲絲咸咸地又幾鮮味,夾起啲薯茸同少少蛋度,好易入口,咸度岩岩好;加埋上面橙色嘅crisp,脆卜卜加埋好林嘅薯茸-好岩key!

Grilled salted bacalhau with mashed potato, sautéed peppers and olive oil $260
主菜喇-好大舊馬介休,啲肉好潔白,食落去一片片唔錯,不過個人認為grill味唔算太香,同埋個調味咸咗啲,於是要點好多olive oil一齊嚟(肥!);下面的mashed potato普通,但鐘意in between嘅veggies。雖然唔可以咁樣比,但始終覺得喺葡萄牙食嘅好味啲,魚味鮮同香啲,亦都'一片片啲'。菜單仲有另一個煮法,下次會試果隻。

西班牙菜嘅朋友-燒得唔錯,皮脆算幾薄,皮同肉之間嘅fats都唔太厚,啲豬仔肉好嫩滑,應該堅係suckling piggie 嚟
 肉之間亦有少少fats,加埋啲肉一齊的combo好岩食!Overall我覺得幾balanced,唔會食完成口油,但同時好香-所以幾時我都鍾意spanish suckling pig多過廣東燒豬

Sangria with red and white wine around $60
Sangria嚟講幾平,但老實講唔太好飲.... 隻red辣咗啲唔太靚,果味唔算重,white好啲啲但始終sangria襯red應該層次多啲。飲到最後原來有啲syrup喺度,搞到一開始稍苦同酒味太重,最後太甜

食物價格 7/10
以market supply唔算高嚟講,或者拎spanish tapas restaurant做reference (因佢都有serve spanish food),佢個price range算OK,$200幾/main course-再諗埋lkf tower其他fellows,呢間價錢其實都唔錯。如果monday去仲有做super monday添!

Conclusion: 一個唔錯嘅地方,環境幾authentic闊落,嘢食性價高OK,有band聽,亦有serve頗scarce嘅portuguese cuisine,所以我會再嚟架,但會試另一隻馬介休main!


oh by the way, 呢餐其實係celebrate daddy mommy結婚周年架!冇乜搞咩驚喜(they prefer low profile haha...) 但見佢哋食得幾開心又少食葡國菜,咁就最好了!
題外話/補充資料: 早啲入嚟會好啲,我6點半到靜靜地好舒服,但後期愈嚟愈多人,有啲嘈....
