今日朋友生日,約咗佢近近哋去大坑新開嘅西餐廳度食晚飯慶祝。餐廳前身為the socialhouse,依家裝修完就叫做Alo restobar. 餐廳裝修得有格調,燈光柔和。職員安排我哋坐低之後就送上餐前包同埋橄欖油。我哋兩個今晚都唔係好肚餓,叫咗以下菜式,仲有House red同House white。Bone marrow and beef tartare $208: 牛肉他他新鮮,同埋入邊加咗酸瓜粒,令到整體嘅感覺唔會太漏。牛骨髓用鹽同埋香草燒過表面,香氣四溢。呢兩樣嘢配埋多士嚟食就啱晒。Grilled Spanish octopus and fried kale $198: 慢煮八爪魚好軟熟。唧埋新鮮嘅青檸汁落去就更加清新。車厘茄煎過之後好甜。Tempura salmon and shiso yuzu vinegrette $168:用嚟包住三文魚嘅炸皮好薄,所以唔會覺得Heavy。估唔到紫蘇葉同三文魚係咁夾。好鍾意紫蘇葉獨特嘅香味。Minced lamb skewer $128: 餅皮好脆。羊肉免治咗之後製成羊肉串然後再拎去燒,肉汁豐富。羊肉味道唔會好so. Raspberry napoleon $88: 同餐廳講咗朋友生日,職員好好咁幫我寫咗Happy birthday 係Dessert碟上面. 紅桑子嘅果味平衡返吉士醬嘅甜味。吉士醬做得好豐盈幼滑。個拿破崙餅皮超級新鮮,好脆!
