I've just arrived at this really unique Lebanese restaurant in Central! The French fries are fried to a nice crisp texture, with a crispy outside and a tender inside. They have a slightly spicy, cumin-y flavor. The sour taste blends in really well 👍🏻
Samake Bil Tahini（$238）
The pan-fried cod is a bit on the drier side, but the overall texture is really soft and tender. The sesame sauce is quite unique, you can taste that it's made with potatoes and soy puree, and there are even some pomegranate seeds on top, which makes the presentation look really nice 👍🏻

The lamb chops are fall-off-the-bone tender, without any oily or greasy feeling 👍🏻 The fried rice is also nicely dry, with some lamb meat bits and peas mixed in 😂 The cumin flavor really stands out! And you can dip it in the accompanying yogurt for an extra yummy experience 🤤

The roasted spring chicken is nicely tender and super juicy!! Paired with the assorted veggies on the side, like cucumbers 🥒 and tomatoes, it's a great dish 👍🏻

The passionfruit flavor isn't that prominent, but the decoration looks really nice and instagrammable. It's a bit on the sour side~

The pineapple flavor is really strong and refreshing. Similarly, it has a bit of a tart, lemony taste~
