🍜尖沙咀平和拉麵 清新雞湯拉麵🐥返香港前已bookmark平和拉麵😍！餐廳位於棉登徑小巷，開業半年左右。雞湯拉麵用雞骨高湯作湯頭，有別於富泡抺感嘅雞白湯(座銀、泓一等)，湯底較清新不油膩，但不乏香醇雞味😆。整體出品用心，價錢合理。有機會要試吓醬油拉麵😋！Tucked away at the end of Minden Avenue, Heiwa Ramen opened in mid 2023. While the chicken broth is rich, it is light and not too oily at the same time✨. In comparison, Zagin Soba or Wonyi Ramen dish up creamier chicken broth. Would like to try their signature shoyu ramen in the future
