基本上每次來到這裏, 餐單上的菜式也不用點, 就是和老闆說要吃什麼類型的主食, 然後就等待着他的推介. 今次他推介的是蔥油手撕雞配五香肉丁撈公仔麵, 也不是第一次接觸的, 但這裏的味道就是和其他茶餐廳不一樣.先說其蔥油, 比起茶餐廳及茶樓處理的更香更濃, 而且並非切碎蔥粒, 而是偏向蔥段, 更厚更香, 配以口感爽滑的手撕雞, 再加上本身掠乾水份的即食麵, 配搭起來不會太膩, 有十足撈麵的感覺. 五香肉丁的辣香和鹹香同樣比一般的重, 結合起來就是非常的濃味, 男孩子當然OK, 女孩子可能有點吃不少了.老闆除了喜歡幫客人安排食物外, 外表粗豪的他, 事實上相當有禮貌, 對客人相當尊重, 粗中有細, 其實只要保持良好的服務態度, 我相信還是不少人願意在香港品嚐美食的.Every time I come here, I don‘t need to order from the menu. Every time I come here, I don‘t need to order from the menu. I just tell the boss what type of main dish I want and wait for his recommendation. This time, he recommended scallion shredded chicken with five-spice diced pork served with instant noodles. The scallion oil is more fragrant and intense than other places, and the shredded chicken is tender. The combination with the slightly dry instant noodles is not too greasy and has a satisfying noodle dish experience. The spicy and savory flavors of the five-spice diced pork are strong. The boss is polite and respectful to customers.
