在上環工作前的簡單早餐, 就來到諸勝堂這港式茶餐廳, 也是傳統的常餐作為主打, 就是湯意粉, 麵包和炒蛋, 再加一杯港式凍奶茶, 就是一個不會太差的早上. 這裏的湯意粉主角不是意粉, 也不是配料的豬肉腸和蟹柳絲, 而是比一般茶餐廳更有誠意的湯底, 不是味精水, 也不是罐頭湯, 而是豬骨湯再加上忌廉, 學起來沒有其他的口乾感, 帶點鹹香和順滑口感, 也算是有誠意.炒蛋蛋香夠, 應該是用上日本蛋炒起的, 同樣是炒得夠滑, 但沒有下很多的忌廉, 比較真實. 豬仔包也是吃過的茶餐廳比較高質素的, 夠燙夠脆, 焦位不多不少, 再加上剛剛好的奶醬, 整件事就是一個Good morning.Katsudo is a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant where you can have a simple breakfast before work.
