個牛肉好嫩 一D都唔難咬
配左個吞拿魚既醬 幾開胃
🥢Sicilian Octopus - Octopus carpaccio, taggiasca olives, baby capers, starcciatella, acqua pomodoro
八爪魚切到超級薄 薄到唔似食緊八爪魚
但味道好好味 因為配左個西西里醬 酸酸甜甜
🥢Cheese Wheel Al Tartufo - Tubetti pasta, truffle sause, fresh truffle
佢地會推架車仔係你面前撈個pasta
面頭仲會撒上一大堆Pamasen cheese同新鮮黑松露片
Pasta非常al dente 亦到超重黑松露味道
🥢Beef Tenderloin Alla Boscaiola - Wagyu beef 200gr, potatoes牛肉份量唔細 個牛味都好濃 完全唔會韌
旁邊既薯仔好香口 上面既酸忌廉亦都可以令薯仔食落無咁飽滯
🥢Turbot Al Cartoccio - Artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, chickpeas, lemon
個魚整得好好味 個皮整到好香脆
連埋旁邊個蕃茄同chickpeas一齊食好夾
味道好有層次
🥢Tiramisu
最後甜品就係經典既tiramisu
佢同出面食既唔同係 佢會真係有D朱古力粒係入面
令到口感更加豐富
當然生日慶祝既話佢會有一大班人同你唱生日歌
所以氣氛very good
