We, 6 of us, were soooo smart to book the seats
but we still had to wait for about 10 mintues. We made our orders and those waiters and waitresses worked very fast 
Also all the food arrived so quick
潮州咸菜及豆腐乾 as appertizers so greatttt
炸蠔餅: Crispy one. With a lot of oysters inside
Its unlike as the others. This one was rather thick and two pieces were served. its was so crispy, not only the periphery. With the flavour of coriander it has very strong taste and so 香香香香香 ;p
蠔仔粥:umami one!!! so many oystersss and very sweet. It was not so watery and the texture was very great.
糖醋麵: Golden colour
cripsy top layer but somehow soft in lower layer.It was quite thin, not thick at all. White sugar and vinegar were served together. I like sweet foodie so i added quite a lot of sugar the taste was fair not so special at all.(just cripsy and sweet lol)
脆皮糯米釀大腸：There were 糯米，chestnut，花生，臘肉，蝦米... inside the large intestines
Cripsy skin and the ingredients were quite a lot. So full when I had 2 of this
鹹檸七: It was so happy to have this drink
the lemon was served in a 'tall cup' and we need to press it ourseleves. The lemon was quite bigggg and softttt. It was full of Sourness and sweetness 
滷水鵝片: It was a bit too soft. However the whole taste was great. 滷水汁好入味 gahh
