我兩個月前已經通過電話預定了四位sake pairing晚餐,當時接電話的說會在預定日子前再打電話給我告訴我餐牌有什麼,以便我和朋友決定選擇哪一個sake pairing set。直到預定日子的前一個晚上我也沒收到來電,所以我打了電話到餐廳,他們竟然說沒有我的預約。我說沒可能,因為我在兩個月前已經預定好。他們竟然說 “如果你有預定的話,我們一定會有記錄的。” 言下之意即是我在說謊?!這樣的態度我實在不敢恭維。。。I already called in to book for sake pairing dinner for 4 two months ago. I already called in to book for sake pairing dinner for 4 two months ago. The person who picked up the phone then said he would call me closer to the day with information on the menus, so my friends and I can decide on which sake pairing set to go for.
However, I did not receive any call all the way through to the night before the booking. I therefore gave them a call, and they said I did not make any booking. I said that is impossible since I called two months ago and booked, to which they said "If you have booked, we would most definitely have a record of it.", which implied that I was lying?! This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and uncalled for...
