My friend bought me one big box of their 招牌蝴蝶酥:1) Color: Over-baked, color a bit too brown;2) Smell: Butter not very strong;3) Taste: Light sweet taste, personally not really like it;4) Crispy: Yes, it is very crispy......so?Overall it is way below expectation, and not really qualify as a 招牌dishes, but $88 with the box size like that and they claim they are using all the healthy stuffs to make their cookies.....can try 一次, but 一次就夠.(I still think the bakery in 天后 "MIMOSA" got the best 蝴蝶酥ever
