My friend is addicted to expensive Japanese food and she highly recommended Sushi Take to me. That's why she arranged a lunch catch-up for us and she said it's difficult to book the sushi bar if you come in a big group. She made the reservation 3 weeks before and luckily we could sit in front of the Japanese chef in sushi bar. If you are sushi lover, i recommend you to sit in sushi bar and order the sushi set here. If you are sushi lover, i recommend you to sit in sushi bar and order the sushi set here. You can enjoying watching the chef to make the sushi for you and sushi will come one by one. The dining experience and freshness of food is much better. I have ordered the Deluxe Sushi Platter $348

茶碗蒸し- the steamed egg custard is very soft and smooth. It is full of fillings such as crab meat, steamed fish cake and mushrooms

Wasabi has already been put under the fish and sauce has been put on it. So actually you dont need to add extra seasoning.

Toro/Maguro- It is not as fat as i expected but the quality is better than maguro. It's not melting in your mouth.

Amaebi (ama=sweet, ebi=shrimp in japanese): shrimp is fresh and sweet. I think this is the only shrimp best served raw

Sea Urchin:it's sweet and creamy. When the chef was making this, we saw the box of urchin and it was from Japan.

Negitoro roll: Seaweed is so crispy. Even i was eating the last part of the roll, the seaweed is still crispy. The proportion of negitoro and rice is perfect. Toro is so fresh and soft.

Miso soup is made by fish and i love the sweet from fish taste. It's not salty and rich in fish and seaweed flavor.

My friends and I enjoyed a nice lunch in Sushi Take and took pictures with nice Japanese chef. When we didnt know the name of the fish, he showed us a sushi book to give us more information about the fish. Although we cant communicate well in English/ Japanese, I still can feel his sincere and appreciate his work attitude.
