Trying out this new, garden-themed Western restaurant that has just opened at Langham Place! — Another super adorable dessert! The mascarpone was so creamy, light and not overly sweet. Loved the crunchy elements at the bottom that contrasted well with the sponge cake and cream layers.

— The wagyu patty was well seasoned, and had the perfect grill on it, leaving the meat super juicy on the inside. Loved the bacon slice which added a rich, smoky flavour. The tomatoes and lettuce was fresh, and added a nice fresh, acidic touch to the dish.

— This tomahawk pork was so impressive! The sear on this was well executed, and the pork was perfectly cooked. Loved the rosemary apple sauce which added a mild sweetness and aroma to the dish. This also came with a huge bucket of seasoned fries which was the perfect accompaniment!

— A unique fusion twist on a traditional risotto. Flavours here were pretty interesting, and the green curry aroma definitely came through. The sliced chicken on top was flavourful and tender!
