呢個週末同朋友去咗尖沙咀嘅The Pearl西餐廳,呢度餐廳裝修好有情調,燈光柔和,座位寬敞舒適。餐牌上有唔少cocktail同mocktail選擇,真係好適合情侶或者三五知己嚟食飯談天。我哋試咗幾款菜式,首先係吞拿魚牛油果泡沫他他配自製羅勒油 (Tuna Avocado Foam Tartare)($108)。呢道前菜真係好有特色,吞拿魚他他中間鋪咗牛油果泡沫,味道酸酸地,配埋自製嘅羅勒油,拌勻後風味更佳。接住嚟係無花果帕馬火腿沙律 (Melon & Parma Ham Salad)($98),雖然無花果冇貨,但改用蜜瓜都一樣好味。蜜瓜香甜多汁,配埋鹹香嘅帕馬火腿同巴馬臣芝士,仲有松子仁同黑醋橄欖油汁嘅沙律菜,真係好豐富滿足。主菜方面,我哋試咗和風醬油大蝦煙肉扁意粉 (Japanese Style Linguine with Shrimp)($168)。意粉煮得啱啱好,做到al dente,大蝦數量唔少,和風醬油配意粉嘅搭配真係有驚喜,加埋煙肉鹹香味,真係好好食。最後係香煎牛封門柳 (Grilled Hanger Steak)($178),封門柳中間粉嫩顏色已經好吸引,煎嘅生熟度剛好

飲品方面,我哋試咗一杯cocktail Pearadise同一杯mocktail First Crush,兩杯都好好特別,特別係Pearadise,好易入口,適合女仔飲。總結嚟講,呢間餐廳真係一個好好嘅放鬆地方,無論係同朋友聚會定係自己嚟chill都好適合。推薦俾所有鍾意cocktail同mocktail嘅朋友們!
