Dinner. Same owner as its predecessor「品潮軒」, which we enjoyed.Here’s what we had. 生醃螄蚶·膏蟹 ·牡丹蝦, none of which I tried. Not a fan. (Unfortunately missed the window for 薄殼)涵水拼盤, including 鵝肉、珍肝、掌翼、豆腐 etc flavorful but not salty; meat was tender. 滷水崩沙牛腩- again meat was tender, fat evenly distributed. 凍中馬友- very very good.涼瓜燉飽魚湯- normally not a fan of 涼瓜 but this soup had no bitter taste at all.潮州紅燒翅- quite substantial.髮菜卷·脆皮蠔卷·錦鋰蝦. Loved 髮菜卷; the other 2 were soso only. 豉油王海南吊片- very tender.香煎水瓜烙- n

髮菜卷·脆皮蠔卷·錦鋰蝦. Loved 髮菜卷; the other 2 were soso only.
豉油王海南吊片- very tender.
香煎水瓜烙- not oily; delightfully light.
糖醋兩百黃伊麵- crispy exterior; soft inside.
Dessert was 清心丸綠豆爽 and 反沙芋條. Too full to take photos.
In summary: another 有水準 Chiu Chow restaurant in the Kowloon City area. Excellent service.
