返到屋企越諗越激氣,第一次寫食評。朋友生日,朋友介紹去咗食omakase,仲指定左師傅,話佢做得好。個師傅連埋個學徒serve七個客一坐低,聽到個師傅好大聲咁問啲同事,有冇舊蟹肉,問咗幾次,同事話唔好咁大聲講個舊字,啲客好敏感㗎。然後佢就懶幽默咁講,今日冇海膽啊....我哋都唔知比咩反應,只可以扮聽唔到食到中途,個師傅睇落搞唔掂七個客,佢話佢琴晚俾人包場飲咗好多酒好辛苦好攰,無啦啦叫咗隔離個師傅幫手serve我哋兩個....可能因為我哋唔係熟客.....食過咁多次omakase,從來未試過食食下轉師傅。嗰個師傅幫手整咗一碟野比我哋,好明顯同原本嗰個師傅,即係隔離嗰啲好唔同,碟又唔同,有冇花有冇啲假金箔跟住仲勁,個學徒會幫手搞plating,喺我哋面前整嘅,每次用完個筷子就要大力掉走,用完個海膽盒,又好大力咁掉低,好似所有嘢都欠咗佢咁,我哋傾緊計都會因為佢咁disturb而停咗.....好無奈好唔professional然後再勁啲,啲dish 整完會比個waitress遞俾我哋,個waitress 好專業咁將隻手指掂到啲食物.....茶餐廳咁。好唔衛生,佢有講sorry嘅。然後我個朋友生

然後我個朋友生日啦,事先同左餐廳講希望準備甜品嗰陣有Happy birthday,其實都冇expect好多,但係個師傅好好,事先懶神秘咁樣問我嘅,係咪朋友生日,我諗住佢會保守秘密啦,點知係問要咩甜品嗰陣,佢同我朋友講,你唔使答㗎啦,你嗰款係特別啲㗎......
成餐飯好多瑕疵,另外要有心理準備,佢個omakase只係得刺身,一件壽司都冇,得一條手卷,啲魚係基本新鮮嘅,但係啲服務咁...太失望了,呢個experience好差。
安慰自己,可能我唔係熟客啦,又或者今日Unlucky 因為見到其他OpenRice comment都好好咁
