The menu looks like a notebook, making you feel like you're back in school. Since it's Halloween, the place is adorned with pumpkin decorations and lights, creating a festive atmosphere.
Eel and Pumpkin Risotto
This risotto is quite unique, creative, and delicious, combining the freshness of eel with the sweetness of pumpkin. The eel is tender, and when paired with the risotto, it emits a distinctive fragrance, adding depth to the dish. The rice absorbs the essence of both the eel and pumpkin, resulting in a smooth, moist texture without being overly sticky.
