今次特登嚟到荔枝角區搵食，終於俾我食到久仰大名嘅程班長 @captaincheng_hk 喇～餐廳位置係一個工廠大廈裏面，裝修非常之簡單，如果大家有去過台北西門町嘅話，呢到有啲似天天利嘅感覺😝整體來講，食物質素都唔錯，但又未去到話超級驚喜。不過我誠意推介清燉牛肉麵，好好食呀！.purposely went to laichikok to try this taiwanese place located in a ghetto factory building😆 it reminds me a lot of the traditional taiwanese resto in ximenting 🤣 overall, food is pretty decent but i wasnt blown away or anything 😋 definitelt recommend u check out their beef noodles! super good 🤤.《清燉牛肉麵》$53 😋😋😋呢碗牛肉麵完全安撫咗短期內都冇得去台灣嘅心情！無論係肉、湯底定麵條都超級啱我心水！首先講吓牛肉，份

呢碗牛肉麵完全安撫咗短期內都冇得去台灣嘅心情！無論係肉、湯底定麵條都超級啱我心水！
首先講吓牛肉，份量都合理，有6到7件，係筋連肉嘅嗰一種，又夠淋，好好食🤤
好多時喺香港食牛肉麵都好少見呢一種麵條，口感似刀削麵，軟硬度適中，非常之有咬口。
我食完碗麵真係一滴不留咁飲完晒成碗湯，呢個湯底真係世界級正！清甜得來，牛肉味又夠濃郁，但又唔會覺得好油好肥膩，好正！

相比起牛肉麵，呢個飯就有啲普通。滷肉都算肥瘦均勻，但整體感覺太過多菜，唔係好夠飯，而肉汁嘅肥又有滲晒落啲飯到，所以食到尾覺得有少少鹹。
