Each claypot is fired to order - it took my steaming bowl 30mins to get done. But it is worth the wait. Toppings are umami-packed and nicely cooked, the sauce gives an aromatic fragrance that will whet your appetite and enhance the flavour of the eel.
Last but not least, remember to scoop up the rice so to pry off the prized toasty crust at the base of the pot!🏌️
