I went to Pirata for Restaurant Week with 3 friends, and we had a great time! The food was amazing and the service was excellent (the best I’ve had in Hong Kong in my 2+ years living here). The Restaurant Week menu was very generous… 3 appetizers to share among 2 people (since we were 4 people, they brought us 6 different types of appetizers so we could try a greater variety of food), we each had a pasta (pappardelle with duck ragu, or tagliolini with black truffle, and both were delicious), we
Be sure to try the pappardelle with duck ragu (pasta dish), which seemed to be freshly made and cooked to perfection (the pasta was just the right amount of al dente)... we also suggest the fresh garden tomato bruschetta (made with italian egg, pecorino cheese and mint)... it was extremely refreshing! The bruschetta toast was warm and had a nice crunch, and the tomatoes were cold and fresh... a delicious combination.
