常常說方榮記的火鍋定價過高, 當然以千元計的牛肉以店家的裝橫來說, 確是有點嚇人, 但如果只計其午餐, 炒粉麵飯來說算是正常, 例如是一碟沙嗲牛肉炒麵也是五六十元, 在這百物騰貴的年代已屬正常定價, 份量不少夠飽肚, 牛肉肉質偏實, 有點韌, 沙嗲醬就是火鍋湯底的膽, 很濃很重鹹香也很重花生味, 配以香脆的麵底吸汁, 口感剛剛好.純牛雜湯一百多元也是一般牛腩粉麵店的平均定價, 牛骨湯底味道有點鹹, 牛雜份量夠, 當中金錢肚表現最好, 夠爽夠彈牙也不會有腥臭及漂白水味, 牛腸也夠香, 清洗乾淨但略嫌脂肪也被除去, 少了些脂香, 牛膀大塊而有點韌, 幸好夠入味, 整體來說水準正常, 吃得也夠鮑.The lunch in Fong Wing Kee is not only with hot pot.
