我是從J2發現了Fish & Chick，它似乎是主打大件而且高質素。因此，我找了個機會和朋友去試lunch set。當我們到了那裡，幸運地有2人空位，我們坐下，店員馬上給了我們2杯水。我們看到有2人餐和一系列的1人餐。當我們都在苦惱叫2人餐或1人餐時，店員建議我們叫兩個1人餐，他說2午餐份量大怕我們食吾哂，多麼為客貼心的建議 ，吾會盲人hard sell，讚! 我告訴他，我想嘗試的秘制炸蟹肉球配沙律，再思索之下，我們最後還是點了2個人餐 (心諗好味再黎lo )我們叫了半烤雞肉和魚和薯條(魚改為鱸魚，話說是他們餐廳最受歡迎的炸魚)。From a TV series, they have introduced Fish & Chick and it seems really a big portion and with good quality. 我們叫了半烤雞肉和魚和薯條(魚改為鱸魚，話說是他們餐廳最受歡迎的炸魚)。
From a TV series, they have introduced Fish & Chick and it seems really a big portion and with good quality. Therefore, I found a chance to go with my friend and try the lunch set. When we got there, there was luckily a vacancy table for 2, we sat there and the waiters gave us 2 glasses of water immediately. We saw that there are set lunches for 2 and individual sets. When we are thinking to order a 2-people set or 2 1 set lunch, the waiter suggested us to order individual sets as he said that lunch set for 2 is really big portion, this was really kind of him! They didn't hard sell their meals but I told him that I wanted to try the crab croquettes, that's why I am thinking it difficulty. Lastly we ordered 2 individual sets(thinking that if the food is great we shall come again) - We ordered Half roasted Chicken set and Fish and Chips set
***首先是配菜，我們點了三文魚沙拉和蘑菇沙拉，沙拉的醬好好味，比平時用沙拉好味多了，蘑菇細細粒但是好多汁。沙拉菜的質量是吾差。
我沒有嘗試過的三文魚，因為我不吃生魚片的，友人說不錯。
First comes the side dish, we ordered salmon salad and mushroom salad, the salad dressing is good and the mushroom are really juicy. the portion is not big but the quality of the veggie is good.
I didn't tried the salmon as I don't eat sashimi nor raw meat.

Then comes the Fish and Chips. The portion really sparkles my eyes
The Fish is hot and really juicy, I have to share with my friend but I really hope to eat it all by my own! The fries are thick and the sauce is yummy!

小小快樂分享，店員知道我希望試秘制炸蟹肉球，故我們食野的時候，他居然拎來了2小球！勁開心高，真的沒有想到。蟹肉球可以品嚐到啖啖蟹肉，我建議吃時吾好沾蜂蜜芥末一起吃。在我看來，沾蛋黃醬可能會更加好 。
Here comes the chicken and it really surprised me. Normally restaurants of less quality, the roasted chicken may not be fully cooked or the bones may be red for no reason. but this restaurant has no such problems at all!
The meat is tender and delicious for sure. They roasted it perfectly.
A small happy sharing is that, I think the staff knows I hoped to try the crab croquettes and during our meal, he gave us a small taste for 2!! I was thrilled as I really didn't expect this. We can really taste the crab meat inside, while I suggest eaters shall not put the honey mustard together as it will stole the flavour of the crab. In my opinion, dress it with mayonnaise might be far more better.

We also upgraded one dessert for sharing. The carrot cake is not very sweet & thick in texture. Pity that upgrading it does not serve with ice-cream, if not it should be much less dry in taste.

我們真的不懂飲酒，是友人想試，所以我不能對此發表評論。
For drinks we have iced lemon tea and upgraded a drink to rose wine. We really don't know wine & it's my friends' idea to taste it. So I cannot comment on it.
總而言之，那裡的服務親切，食物美味，質素吾錯 。我一定會再來吃魚，仲要試佢d炸雞 All in all, the people there are nice and friendly. I definitely will come again for the fish, and also get a taste of the chicken basket!
