The pancakes are thick like Japanese style hotcakes and they are pretty fluffy as well. Not too sweet and not too heavy. and the size is good. I think its good to go with a cup of coffee. And feel so healthy.
The taste a lot different from regular pancakes to me although it did have less sweet than regular buttermilk pancakes.Fish Tacos!
These were really good. The contrast of flavours and textures.
The fish has a crispy batter and soft centre. The slaw adding crunch and tartness.
Topping it off with more Tapatio sauce. Recommend this for all of you
