上星期去咗哩間榮獲米芝蓮一星既新加坡fine dining餐廳同朋友慶生,呢度嘅tasting menu真係好高質,我尤其推介以下幾款:Threadfin Fish potato, coconut xoThreadfin Fish配薯蓉、椰漿同XO醬,魚肉好嫩,魚皮香脆,薯蓉底部混合啲魚湯,令到味道更加鮮美。配上椰漿XO醬味道,味道香辣開胃,能更帶出啲魚肉鮮味!Spring Peas mackerel, whey呢道菜式係用焦糖乳清醬汁淋落去啲青豆上面,再放上鯖魚。呢個組合好新鮮,青豆又甜又爽口,而鯖魚嘅鮮味更加突出啲青豆嘅甜味,乳清醬汁嘅香氣令味道更加濃郁! “Bak Kut Teh” New Territories Pork Rib with white pepper, garlic
Bak Kut Teh 呢道菜式很特別,原本係湯煮嘅肉骨茶,依家已經改成由豬肋骨,經過炭烤處理,令到肉質好軟嫩。加上白胡椒同蒜蓉,令到味道更加突出味道非常香濃豐富!

斑蘭戚風蛋糕配開心果雪糕配Gula Melaka醬汁,蛋糕軟綿綿,雪糕香甜滑口,Gula Melaka醬汁有啲濃郁嘅椰香味,好好味!
