又是老婆以前工作時的回憶小店, 這家在粉嶺開了二十多年的小食店, 無論任何時間都維持着一條長長的人龍, 等候着它的蒸類小食, 並不是什麼驚為天人的菜式, 就是從前小時候一定接觸過的小食: 腸粉, 燒賣, 牛肉球, 粉果……首先有穩定的人流, 就不會難食到那裏, 因為店家會不斷製造新的小食, 做完即蒸即點即食, 夠熱燙又怎會難吃呢!由四五元四條, 現在變成八元四條, 又是通貨膨脹的結果, 和另一腸粉名店合益泰比較, 米奇香差不多, 口感更加順滑但豉油少了鹹香, 整體來說不錯. 其他小食最深刻的是墨魚丸和陳皮魚蛋, 前幾者有墨魚粒的口感, 後者有陳皮甘香, 真的可說名副其實. 無論如何, 滿足老婆的回憶味道, 這比當中的美食更重要.My wife has tried the rice roll of this shop at Fanling when she worked many years ago there.
