今日同屋企人去咗一間齋菜館食飯。我本身唔係好鍾意食齋,但係屋企人話呢間齋菜館好食,所以就嚟試吓。我叫咗個素枝竹班腩煲。個煲細細煲,但係都夠熱辣辣。個芡唔會太杰,食落唔會太滯。除咗枝竹同班腩之外,仲有菜心墊底,咁就唔會黐底。班腩係用齋鰻魚整嘅。齋鰻魚嘅口感同真嘅班腩好似,但係味道就差啲。整體OK。另仲叫咗個酥炸素生蠔。估唔到咁好食,仲好食過真嘅生蠔!個炸漿又夠熱又夠脆,中間嘅「蠔」個口感好得意,冇乜纖維,又唔係爽口嗰種,好難形容,但係好好食。連同枱嗰個婆婆都問佢啲女我哋食緊乜,睇落佢都好想食。
