舊區重建帶給我們的除了更多(更大也不盡是)的屋住地方外, 其新起的商業空間也提供了不少不同菜式的新餐廳, 就像今次介紹的韓式炸雞, 也是在新屋苑地下. 餐廳名為”閔大人”不知道是否因為老闆是大長今的Fans, 但主打韓式炸雞在紅磡這舊區來說, 也算新鮮. 店家面積不大, 作為炸雞這類速食, 翻枱夠快, 營運上應該還算可以.套餐是半份無骨炸雞配紫菜飯卷, 有汽水, 泡菜和醃蘿蔔, 六十元的價錢說是飽肚. 飯卷口感清爽, 有青瓜, 黃瓜, 紅蘿蔔和餐肉, 味道微酸開胃, 比起薯條等炸類Side Dishes, 這飯卷更健康. 原味無骨炸雞外皮香脆, 炸彈粉夠薄, 雞肉Juicy而沒什麼油膉味, 比起連鎖集團的品質控制好, 略嫌雞件較細件, 似吃Chicken Nuggets多於傳統炸雞.Mr. Min Chicken is a Korean deep fried chicken restaurant in Hong Hum that is a typical old district in Kowloon. Mr. Min Chicken is a Korean deep fried chicken restaurant in Hong Hum that is a typical old district in Kowloon. Since she is located at a new mansion, it looks clean and well decorated. The deep fried chicken is crispy and juicy without any oily taste. Not heavily dressing and with the rice roll, she provides a lighter lunch to me compared to other similar restaurants.
