之前吃原作的沙薑雞飯, 味道不錯但份量偏少, 它的午市套餐在差不多價錢下有小菜及餐飲, 還算可以. 先說其小菜, 麻辣鴨血口感爽實, 麻度比辣度高, 吃起來並不辛苦但也夠惹味. 桂花雞翼炸得相當香炸, 炸彈皮有點厚, 肉汁不多但肉質不算乾柴, 桂花醬甜中帶花香, 只是略嫌這樣的做法有點膩.麵食的蟲草花雞湯相當濃稠, 喝起來相當潤, 雞鮮味舒服, 花膠夠腍, 份量不少. 雞肉嫩滑, 胸肉位置為主, 而骨位不多, 吃起來夠飽足. 麵或米粉線煮得頗多腍, 幸好未糊化. 至於龍蝦濃湯鹹鮮味重, 加上較為Luxurious的鯛魚, 整體又上了另一個層次.The noodles from original noodles are much better than her rice. Another noodles with lobster soup and amberjack tastes much more luxurious.
