好耐無試過食咁差嘅一餐飯真係食到一肚氣首先落完單半個鐘之後同我地講無落單初時仲要一句道歉都無話system問題但明明咁多張枱係得我哋嗰張枱係system有問題？完全懷疑員工發緊夢第二上漏跟餐嘢飲要等到餐飯食晒先上嘢飲枱枱都有俾水係得我地無最最最過分係衛生都不能接受成程勁多不知名蟲仔飛嚟飛去唔好講打唔死嗰啲打死咗嗰啲大大話話都成4-5隻圖中都見到成張紙巾都係蟲仲要飛落食緊嘅嘢度同個侍應講完仲問使唔使開大啲個風但係我心諗其實已經成程都開到風好大個頭都俾啲風吹到應只能夠好無奈咁答佢「我都係想話反映返」食物質素都係超級麻麻意大利菜嚟講份量少得可憐特別係個 salad同埋risotto味道亦都唔好食最後埋單千幾蚊食咗成肚氣😪---It's been a long time since I had such a terrible meal!!!First, after we placed our order, half an hour later, they told us that they hadn’t received it. It's been a long time since I had such a terrible meal!!!
First, after we placed our order, half an hour later, they told us that they hadn’t received it. At first, they didn’t even apologize, claiming it was a system issue. But how come only our table had a problem with the system when there were so many other tables?
They also forgot to bring our drinks. We had to wait until we finished our meal before they brought them. Every other table got water, but we didn’t.
The most unacceptable part was the hygiene. There were so many unknown little bugs flying around. I’m not even talking about the ones we couldn’t kill; there were at least 4-5 that we did manage to kill. In the picture, you can see that there are bugs all over the napkin, and they even landed on the food we were eating. After telling the waiter, he just asked if we wanted the fan turned up more…..
What a wonderful solution～
The quality of the food was also super mediocre. For Italian cuisine, the portions were pitiful, especially the salad and the risotto. The taste wasn't good either.
We paid over a thousand dollars but cha chaan teng is even better than that.
