2月23日係我同男朋友拍拖2週年既大日子...一直都諗唔到究竟食咩好...到22號先係openrice search到呢間海鮮生蠔專門店...身為生蠔fans既男朋友就即刻去book table啦...我地book左2樓...間餐廳雖然唔算好大...但係由2樓望返落去個感覺好正...高人一等不在講...仲可以睇住樓下既人同埋師傅準備salad...真係唔錯...個晚好大雨...諾仕佛臺大部份餐廳都有室外座位...見到個d outside seat全部濕晒真係唔係好想坐入去...淨係得呢間有瓦遮頭...真係唔錯...一坐低個waiter即刻幫你鋪餐巾...幫你set食具...聲線好溫柔...service真係一流...我地要左個2個set dinner...其中一個upgrade做芝士焗龍蝦set...我地仲另外叫左一個廚師推介既蕃茄芝士salad...同埋要左杯有汽既礦泉水...首先係上麵包啦...d麵包係廚師自創既...入面有芝士同蕃茄...真係好好味...有別於其他西餐廳only得齋麵包...我地真係食到停唔到口...居然要求refill左5籃=.=但係都唔飽...好食既野真係食極

首先係上麵包啦...d麵包係廚師自創既...入面有芝士同蕃茄...真係好好味...有別於其他西餐廳only得齋麵包...我地真係食到停唔到口...居然要求refill左5籃=.=但係都唔飽...好食既野真係食極都唔飽...跟住就上starter啦...男朋友至愛既生蠔...係就係細隻左d...不過真係好新鮮好鮮甜...我就要左個露荀炒螺...係就係辣左少少...不過都好惹味...之後就上廚師推介既蕃茄芝士salad...呢個salad同平時食開個d ceasar salad好唔同...佢用既芝士好得意...平時根本唔會食到呢隻芝士...但係又同d蕃茄好match...再加上d olive oil同黑醋...真係好好味...之後個莧菜龍蝦湯仲正...龍蝦肉好爽口好彈牙...個湯又夠濃...加埋莧菜夠健康...真係超正...終於都到main course啦...我要左個鱈魚柳...超嫩滑...外層煎到脆卜卜...內層d肉汁仲好豐富...真係超水準既廚藝呀...至於男朋友個芝士焗龍蝦...原本以為1磅既龍蝦一定好細隻冇肉食啦...點知一上菜個陣見到簡直係出乎意料之外地大隻...最好既就係廚師已經幫你起晒d肉出黎...唔駛你食得咁麻煩...用芝士焗好香好濃...真係食到停唔到口...食到呢度其實已經飽到上心口...不過仲有個甜品...我地要左個焦糖燉蛋...燉蛋上面放層焦糖...d蛋唔會太老...仲好滑...又唔會太甜...焦糖烤到脆卜卜...咬落卜卜聲好得意...從來都唔鍾意食燉蛋既男朋友都讚不絕口...最後要左兩杯凍檸水...$900埋單...真係超抵...呢度既水準仲好過洲際酒店...真係好好好好好好味呀...
最遺憾係冇試到呢度既wine...下次一定要試下...唯一美中不足既係...個waiter居然冇同我地講礦泉水要收錢...其實$40一樽水真係冇乜問題...但係點解要隱瞞呢...呢點我就唔太鍾意啦...其他真係冇得彈
