燈籠滷味在香港有五家分店, 比起台灣本土只有四間分店更多, 果然香港人還是很喜歡台灣的, 想到台灣在地品牌, 在香港開的連鎖餐廳, 它和老媽拌麵也算是成功. 這家店賣的大部份都是滷水處理過的食材, 例如是牛筋腩, 牛肚以及雞翼, 配料配搭加上主食如老粉及王子麵, 其實就是另類的港式車仔麵.滷水偏甜, 容易入口, 鹹味較為柔和, 吃起來比較健康. 欣賞的是食材滷得入味, 不會只是將其浸在滷水之中, 而是有一起煮過, 帶出來的味道. 冬粉比起王子麵更適合做主食, 因為後者容易吸收了醬汁後糊化, 而且也較細碎, 吃起來不夠連貫. 至於其他小食如鹽酥雞, 就是一般連鎖店的口味, 還是以滷味填飽肚子較為滿足.Lantern Luwei has five branches in Hong Kong, surpassing the four branches in Taiwan.
