Patrons must select their food prior to arrival, which is fine: but the menus sent on WhatsApp were very convoluted and messy and, shockingly, didn’t include vital information such as the fact they only take Hsbc credit cards or the access door code.

The amuse-bouche was already sitting at the table when we arrived.

Food was mediocre at best; the experience was made worse by General Manager Ada’s unnecessarily lengthy explanation / history of each dish — including the garnish (lemon zest, revolutionary!) — that often came at weird times of service: ie when we’ve already finished the whole plate of food.

I understand the desire to educate guests of the chef’s ideals but maybe spend less time on touting your own ego and actually learn to read the room or improve your recipes.
