吃了這個很像叉燒酥的甜點! 其實它是紅酒燴梨千層酥! 超酥脆的皮 不會太甜的燴梨 其實它的甜味不會太重,應該大都是來自梨本來的甜味 和紅酒的味道!一旁的雪糕 冰冰的,令酥皮吃起來更滑!這應該是我吃過最好吃的叉燒酥...一定會再來!原來老闆是以前九龍香格里拉酒店糕餅總廚!所以甜點的質素這麼高!This looks so much like bacon slices haahaa but these pretty little things are actually Red Wine Pear slices - rich in the natural sweetness and the flavour of red wine, i didnt taste much of artificial sugar! The tart base was perfectly crispy and the icecream just made it even smoother this was soo good! Yuen Long has so much waiting for us to explo
