🚶🏻Today we went to Cheung Sha Wan to search for good food, 🇸🇬 I didn’t have Singapore and Malaysia cuisine for a while 🇲🇾, so today let’s try this Susan chicken rice as they received much positive feedbacks🍗
🐔Free Range Chicken with Sprouts on Rice with Light Singapore Bak Kut Soup ($90)🐔
🍚The rice has chicken oil and pandan in it and smell good.🐥 They use dried scallops, mushroom and other spices to cook the chicken, so that it’s rich in taste🧂For their Bak Kut Soup , it’s in Singapore style and heavy in pepper taste, 🥣the soup base is and the pork ribs are tender🐖
🟢Also, $12 is added for the Citronella Mint Drink and $20 is added for the Ipoh Bean Sprouts with Salt Fish in this set. 🤭The sprout is thick and crispy, 🥢it’s juicy and flavourful especially when you have it in a large chunk🤤
☘️Nasi Lemak ($88)☘️
🌶There are beef, chicken, curry, egg, anchovies, etc with the rice, 🐮the most impressive one is the beef as it’s soft in texture and taste delicious🥥 Besides, $35 is added for the coconut in this set, the coconut is served chill and the flesh is sweet, which worth a try🧉
🍞Toast with Kaya and Butter ($28)🍞
🤩The presentation is great as 🥪 the bread is crunchy and toast perfectly, 🧈together with the super thick butter and kaya sauce, it’s satisfying when having it 😈
🥚Braised Egg ($10/2)🥚
🟤The eggs are dark brown in colour and rich in flavour👏
😋Overall (Taste, CP value, Environment, Service): 8/10
