今天和同事吃素午餐。齋拼盤,甜的,酸的,咖哩味的,各樣都恰到好處;翡翠法輪卷,西檸鴨,芡汁都是剛剛好,其中素鴨的腐皮炸得好; 藜麥錦鏽炒飯,米飯和材料都是炒得一粒粒的,不油。椰汁馬豆糕和生磨芝麻糕都用足料。食物是少鹽,少糖,少油,食得健康,值得推薦 ! 唯一覺得不好的是茶葉,我們叫了普洱,茶葉的質素差,味道不好,要改善。I had lunch there with my colleagues today. The cooks cooked with appropriate amount of seasonings, i.e. low salt, low sugar & low oil. Delicious and healthy food! Recommend! I especially recommend the assorted cold dish (contains 7? veggie foods). The fried tofu sheets were wonderfull!
