四喜除了中秋節的月餅吸引我, 它的烘焙品, 特別是中秋節特別包裝的月餅, 已成了同聲同氣的人的Hot Pick, 除了月餅外, 其有餡麵包, 無論是實心餡, 還是有空間的流心醬餡也得我歡心. 以其香芋肉鬆麵包為例, 鹹香而口感實在的肉鬆, 與香甜而流質的芋泥, 在味道和口感上的對比令這麵包更有層次. 另外的紅豆麻糬包和流心朱古力包也做得不錯, 麵包夠厚而且實心, 不是某些無良連鎖麵包店的空心空氣包, 無論是早餐或者下午茶也相當於飽足.另外點了Scone和Croissant作翌日的早餐, 牛油酥香不比品穀遜色, 金黃色色調也很吸引. 前者口感外酥內裡依然軟熟, 比起其他烘焙店價錢更抵, 性價比更高. 後者口感比一般實在, 內裡的蜂巢更密, 當然更為飽足, 而另一方面就少了些空氣感就是.Say hey Bakery is not only famous for her moo cake with her localized package, the bread is nice. Say hey Bakery is not only famous for her moo cake with her localized package, the bread is nice. I have order the toro fried meat one, the red bean mochi and the chocolate flavour. All are nice and thick in texture. As breakfast or tea, you will enjoy and get full. The scone are so rich in butter flavour and the balance of taste is excellent while the croissant is nice in taste but a bit too firm in texture.
