WOW the bowl WAS LOADED w all kinds of beef - shank, short rib, tendon, tribe - everything !!!! same as last time the noodles were thick & chewy the soup was rich — WHAT STOOD OUT was the mala sauce its soooo good that i couldnt stop adding it ahahahhaa.
𖦹 seafood medley rice bowl 超夯海鮮綜合蓋飯 $138
a structural imbalance was found in this bowl — seafood vs rice ratio was a 3:1 nani ?????? every bite was super satisfying w salmon roe, squid, scallop, shrimp & DA OYSTERS so freshhhh & juicy omg. the sauce was rather spicy & they added alot of spices so defo a must-order if you love sth strong & spicy !!!
𖦹 mochi waffle w q taro ball & tapioca pearl 麻糬芋圓珍珠牛角窩夫 $78
as a die-hard mochi fan i approved this !! the mochi pull was BEAUTIFUL & i also liked the ube puree !!!! it had both the buttery flakiness of a croissant & the crispy texture of a waffle — the pearls were okay but the taro balls were a bit hard.
𖦹 bubble milk tea w ice cream 珍珠冰淇淋鮮奶茶 $52
better than i expected wor the tea was quite fragrant & the BIG SCOOP of vanila ice cream added thickness to the drink so it was transformed to a smoothie.
𖦹 handcrafted orange lemon tea 手打香橙檸檬茶 $43
as good & refreshing as the one i had in tst — balanced flavours of citrus & tea.
