Their <Five Raw Seafood Selection> is definitely the most photogenic course of the night. Nicely presented in a series of pentagon-shaped dishes, it consists of some of the most seasonal sashimi of stepwise fattiness from whitefish to toro, and they all tasted so good!

I also liked the lobster bisque with rice, which reminded me of Chinese style seafood congee 👌🏻 The bisque was very rich in lobster flavors and I liked how the rice had a firmer texture than usual congee.

An interesting thing to note is that their bread is from the amazing Bakehouse🥖 which goes very well with their famous olive oil!

Overall a quite nice experience, especially when the server would tell the story behind every single dish of the Chef’s creation.
