Pic 1️⃣: 椰皇鮑魚灌湯餃 / Soup Dumpling with assorted diced meat and abalone in young coconut - $160 hkd per person 🥟
— The dumpling itself was delicious, dumpling wrapper was thin and filled with an assortment of ingredients. The mushroom and conpoy flavour was strong and went really well with the subtle flavours of the clear coconut soup.


Pic 2️⃣: 脆皮叉燒餐包 / Baked Barbecue Pork Buns - $84 hkd 🐖
— One of their signature items and a must order. These buns are baked to order and served to your table nice and warm. They had a crunchy exterior whilst still being so soft on the inside. The filling was tasty, and the pork filling was really well seasoned with the right amount of savouriness to it which went perfectly with the sweetness of the bun’s exterior.


Pic 3️⃣: 鳳凰煎年糕 / Pan-fried Chinese New Year Pudding with Egg - $72 hkd
— Slightly disappointed by this, the texture lacked chewiness and was quite soft. It also didn’t have a very strong coconut aroma to it as it was masked by the strong brown sugar taste. Also thought this could’ve been pan-fried more to give it a crisper finish.


Pic 4️⃣: 金腿蘿蔔絲脆春卷 / Deep-fried Spring Rolls with Shredded Turnip and Yunnan ham - $78 hkd
— Super crispy, and the turnip filling was tasty too. But honestly, I couldn’t taste any of the Yunnan ham at all 😂


Pic 5️⃣: 如意髮菜海鮮餃 / Steamed diced seafood dumplings with fungus and sea moss - $84 hkd
— Meaty filling but could’ve done with a bit more sea moss as it just seemed like a regular dumpling.


Pic 6️⃣: 水晶蝦餃王 / Steamed fresh shrimp dumplings - $108 hkd 🦐
— Really good har gao! Super well seasoned and the shrimp had a nice bouncy texture to it.
