This restaurant is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Isquare. The view at the restaurant is absolutely stunning, and I have to say it serves one of the best lamb in town. The services are a but slow and min spending is required for the window seats, but well worth it!Cuisine: Chinese (东北)Food rating: 5/10*Service: 3/10 Ambiance: 5/10Price: HK$300pax* Food Rating: 6/10 is equivalent to 1 Michelin star, 8/10 to two Michelin stars, and 9/10 or 10/10 to three Michelin stars松子鱼 (3/10

松子鱼 (3/10)
The fish wasn’t deep fried properly, lacked the crispiness. The fish was fresh and smooth, more importantly the meat have great texture. The sauce was standard, the peppers was slightly overcooked. 烤羊腩 (6/10)
The lamb was full of the “lamb” flavour and extremely tender. Slightly under seasoned before it was roasted, but the salt and pepper dipped on the side would do the job. 涮羊肉 (6/10)
The broth was done properly, great flavour of the Chinese medicine and leeks. The pot was similar to the traditional one in Beijing in a more fancy fashion. Hence the broth would never be boiled (bubbling) , but enough to cook the food.
Highlights of food – Lamb fillet, Lamb slices (don’t need to mention again, extraordinary flavour). Here it comes the winter season, this is always a great place to visit when winters approach, more importantly shuan yanrou at this kind of standard.
Give me a thumbs up if you like it!
